What is Private PE?

A private channel inside our Discord server. Only paying members and our team can see it.

Who answers my questions?

Baseem and our PE coaches, Chez and Chaswood.

I don't have Discord. Can I still join?

Yes. When you tap Connect Discord, you can make a free Discord account first. It takes a minute.

Will my price go up?

No. You keep the price you joined at for as long as you stay a member.

How do I cancel?

Anytime. Go to epicextender.com/apps/subscriptions and log in with your email. Or email hello@epicextender.com and we cancel it for you. You keep access until the month you paid for ends.

What if a payment fails?

We try the card again. If it still fails 3 days after your renewal date, your access pauses. When the payment goes through, it comes back on its own.

I paid but did not get the email.

Check your spam folder. Or use the Already paid form on this page with your order number and you go straight to Discord.
