Haven’t tried any other extender but right away with the digital scale doing one hr every day able to pull at 7.5lbs off the bat just because how comfortable it is! starting size bpel 5’ length x 5’ girth, maybe a year or more I’ll see some improvements.

On the device, yes. SizeGenetics is a serious brand with a serious record, and their comfort kit is well thought out for the long sessions their protocol asks for. What the device cannot do is tell you how hard it is pulling, pull as hard as ours, or record anything. The Epic Pro does all three. They are cheaper, and their credentials are stronger than ours.
