Discreet packaging

Every order ships in discreet packaging.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free to most countries. A few countries have a shipping fee. If yours does, you will see it at checkout before you pay. Every order includes delivery insurance. If it's lost or damaged, we reship it free.

Delivery times

  • Items in stock in our US warehouse: usually 2 to 4 days in the United States. Product pages and the cart show when your exact item ships from the US.
  • All other orders: usually 7 to 10 days.
  • Pre-order items: ship on the date shown on the product page.

If your order has items from different warehouses, it may arrive in more than one package.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also track it on our order tracking page.

Returns, refunds and defects

Returns, refunds, defective items and our 180-day money back guarantee are covered in our Refund Policy. Please note that refusing a parcel at delivery is not a valid return.
