Data You Can Use

Numbers from our app and our price research. Use them in your article with a link to the source page. All app numbers are self-measured, and results vary.

Home vs clinic size11,267 men measured themselves at home in our app. Median bone-pressed erect length was 6.26 inches and median erect girth 5.0 inches (10,040 men). That is about an inch more than the clinic average of 5.17 inches (Veale 2015, 692 men). Home measuring and pressing to the bone explain part of the gap.
Gains over a yearMen who trained with an extender for 12 months gained a typical 0.47 inch in length. The top 10% gained 1.02 inches or more (107 men, self-measured).
Hours matter90% of men who logged 250+ hours of traction training measured a length gain (81 men, self-measured).
Pumping and girth72% of men with 50+ hours of pumping gained girth, a typical 0.24 inch (82 men, self-measured).
Most men quit earlyAbout half the men who start training stop within a month. Only 21% of extender users still train a year later.
Surgery pricesWe checked 814 clinic prices from 520 clinics in 58 countries. A typical HA filler session costs about $6,000 in the USA, $3,200 in the UK and $2,350 in Turkey.
