Shipping policy

We do not offer warranty for adult products.

We only allow up to 4 weeks of replacement period to allow any manufacturing defects that may arise.

Due to the sensitivity of our products, our policy states that all orders are final and we do not accept any returns, we can replace items if they arrived with defects.

We strictly advise all our customers to determine exact measurements and sizes before placing their orders.

Sex/adult products are not returnable, or exchangeable for health and safety protocol reasons.

All returns should be validated and approved by the customer service team to be valid for a refund.


Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customers. 


Used products are NOT returnable.

Unused products can ONLY be returned if unopened and in original packaging and condition.
