Why low tension matters
Short high-tension sessions break ground. Long low-tension wear locks it in. The ADS gives your tissue more total time under load without pushing past what it can recover from. Wear it 4 to 8 hours between your 1 hour extender sessions.
Wearing it
Strap on, adjust until you see 1 to 3 lines of tension, go about your day under loose clothing. Pull it off if anything goes numb or pinches.
