Your glans is out of the equation

A cup pulls on the glans, the thinnest skin you have. That is where fluid, blisters and the numb head come from. The hanger loads the shaft. Nothing pulls on the glans.

It stretches differently

A cup pulls from the tip. The hanger grips lower, so you feel the stretch in the proximal half, closest to the body. Most guys run both: cup for long holds, hanger for heavy short sets.

Does it fit my extender?

Yes. The hook strap clips to the Epic Extender, Epic Extender Pro, and Best Extender V5.0.

Can I wear it on the All Day Stretcher?

No. It is too bulky under clothes and the edges dig in when sitting. Use it for extender sessions and weight hanging.

Will it pinch or go numb like old hangers?

No metal edges, no nuts. The TPE cushion spreads the load. Compression still restricts blood flow by design, so release every 20 to 30 minutes.

How much shaft do I need?

About two inches behind the glans to seat it. Very short flaccid length makes placement harder.

Can I load it as heavy as my cup right away?

No. Start below your cup number and build set over set. Week three is the number that matters, not day one.

When should I release early?

The moment the glans feels cool, the color changes, or it tingles. The clock is a ceiling. Your body is the trigger.

Where exactly does it sit?

Just below the glans. Too far forward and it slides. Too tight and you feel it in the nerves. Moderate lever pressure holds, and the latch number keeps it there next time.

Do I still need sleeves?

Optional. A sleeve or wrap under the grip adds comfort. It is not needed for hold.

I'm uncircumcised. Does that matter?

Compression grips over the skin, so the foreskin does not have to be retracted and held the way a vacuum seal requires. Testers raised this as an advantage.

Does the stretch feel different?

Yes. More through the proximal half of the shaft. Many guys run cup and hanger in the same session for both.
