Seems good quality. Does it actually improve gains?
Epic states that they don't actually have data to support whether it helps with gains or not. But it at least seemed like it might help. Therefore I bought the unit. But, an actual urologist that does PE himself, who goes by "Hink" on YouTube, says not so fast. He agrees that there isn't much data one way or the other. But there is at least some circumstantial evidence that vibration could increase fibrosis, impeding progress! Given a lack of evidence of it helping, and at least a little evidence that it hurts, he doesn't recommend it. Yet his own business partner BD specifically says that he is confident that vibration does work. And BD claims to have documented 3" gain. So, I'm very confused.
Hink says that heat DOES seem to help. And this unit does heat. So, using the heat option might be worthwhile. Of course you might just use a regular heating pad.
Since I'm unsure if I should use it or not, I've only used it a couple of times. It seems overall well made. Though the battery life is fairly short. Needs to be charged every session or two. One reviewer said he bought two so that he can switch between them!

Vibration part works good kind of.
Vibration part works good, but I am not feeling the heating element that was supposed to be part of this.
